Refund Policy - Group Courses:
Progressive Canine does not offer refunds to clients who have enrolled and participated in any classes in a group course offered by Progressive Canine. We do offer the opportunity to restart the course at another time, agreed upon by Progressive Canine and the client, or to transfer to a different course offered by Progressive Canine. These options would be determined on a case-by-case basis, and are at the sole discretion of Progressive Canine.
Progressive Canine, may offer, at our discretion, a partial refund after any fees, evaluations (conducted either by phone or in-person), classes already participated in, supplemental educational materials, any and all training equipment supplied by Progressive Canine, at Progressive Canine's expense, and access to proprietary training material (including, but not limited to training program outlines and lesson plans), have been deducted from the overall cost of the program first.
Refund Policy - Private, In-Person Training, In-Home or on Location:
Progressive Canine does not offer refunds to clients who have enrolled and participated in any private, in-person dog training or dog behavior modification sessions or any programs provided by Progressive Canine, due to the individually tailored nature of private lessons, evaluations, research, development, and access to proprietary materials (including, but not limited to training program outlines and lesson plans), equipment etc., to clients wishing to terminate their agreement.
Progressive Canine offers ample opportunity for owners to complete any private, in-person training program. If the clients are unable or unwilling to continue with private, in-person training, it may be possible to transfer to an appropriate group class, or to remote phone / virtual sessions. These options would be determined on a case-by-case basis, and are at the sole discretion of Progressive Canine.

Cancellation Policy: Group Classes
We ask that you give us 24 hour notice, if you must miss a group class. We do have several options for making up a missed class. Please contact us coordinate the best solution.
Cancellation Policy: Private, In-Person Training, In-Home or on Location:
There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. If a client cancels once the trainer is on the road to meet with the client, or the client is not home, or does not show up at the agreed location when the trainer arrives, the full price for the session, plus a fee of $ 50.00 will be charged. (Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case- basis).
